Frequently asked questions
How do I create an account?
Open Epiphra, tap Sign up, and follow the on-screen prompts. You can sign up with email, Apple, or Google.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Tap Forgot password? on the login screen. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your app store. On iOS, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store and tap Subscriptions from your profile.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or email support@epiphra.app from your registered address. Deletion is permanent and removes all associated data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Which devices are supported?
Epiphra runs on iOS 15+ and Android 9+. For the best experience, keep the app updated to the latest version.
